Warranty and Return Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Defective items must be returned before they can be exchanged.
  • Warranty by Verizor Electronic Cigarettes Malaysia is based on a 14-day Limited Warranty which applies to manufacturing defects on certain products only.
  • All Shipping back to Verizor is paid for by the customer.
  • Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reason. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender.
  • If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
  • Consumables like e-liquids are not returnable.
  • Products can only be returned for exchange. No refunds will be made.
  • Replacement claims for the receipt of incorrect products or the incorrect number of ordered products must be received by our support department within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Incorrect items must be shipped back in order to be exchanged.
  • If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
Certain products are not returnable under any circumstances - as outlined below:
  • Consumable parts and products including e-liquid, heating coils, tank cartridges and atomizers/cartomizers/clearomizers.
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, whether intentional or unintentional.
  • Damage caused by use with non-Verizor products.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow Verizor's instructions for use.
  • Battery failure due to contact with any liquid, over tightening, knocking, dropping and heat exposure is not covered under our warranty.
  • Products with order ID numbers which do not match the order ID number on the invoice.
  • Any products with dents, scratches, defacement or signs of abuse.


Return Procedure

If you need to return a defective item, simply follow these instructions:
  • Navigate to the bottom of the website
  • Under the 'Customer Service' heading, you will find a link to the 'Returns' page
  • Fill in the return form with all the necessary information, click Continue
  • We will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your return as soon as we process your return application
